Message from the Executive Director
February 2019

Dear Friends,
As Executive Director of Clover Hill Park Cemetery I want to update you on the many new plans and developments underway or in development.
Oakland County is providing new sewers and new roadways on 14-Mile Road between Woodward and Coolidge. Construction and detours have started, so please check our website for updates before visiting the cemetery.

Security is always forefront in our minds, so we have upgraded our access control and monitoring of the grounds. We intend to maintain a holy, serene, and inclusive environment while providing safety and security to all who enter. We are continually evaluating our needs and training our staff to be better prepared.
Clover Hill Park now has an exciting new website that offers more resources, more access to funeral and unveiling information, improved burial searches, updated calendar, and coming soon, a detailed mapping system that will allow you to virtually visit your loved one’s grave. Please stay tuned for updates on this evolving new project, but for now, please visit the new www.cloverhillpark.org.
We are so proud of our beautiful grounds and historic buildings. The Davidson/Hermelin Chapel is 100 years old and is such a special space for services, spirituality, and reflection. We have been thinking of ways to preserve the intention and sanctity of this amazing space while combining updated resources and infrastructure.
The Mandell L. Berman Administration Building is evolving to meet the present-day needs of our families. We are looking to create an accessible, Kosher space for small gatherings after a service and to design a tech-friendly comfortable space for families to discuss at-need or pre-need plans for their family.
Pre-planning is a gift we can give our children and our loved ones that is so valuable during an already difficult time. Please call me for more information.
Finally, I want to share with you that my time thus far at Clover Hill Park has exceeded my expectations in terms of the relationships, acceptance, and support I have received since I arrived. I am grateful to be part of this amazing community.
As always, if you are in the neighborhood, please stop by and say hello.

Shalom,
